Since the more active and dynamic aspects of Continuum are likely less familiar, even to experienced Continuum practitioners, Megan Bathory-Peeler will introduce Continuum Playground in a 6-week series of 1-hour Zoom classes. Together, we will play and practice the basic concepts. For workshop participants, this will prepare you to explore the Continuum equipment with greater confidence and deepen your experience at Shantigar.
