Reset and revive with a day at Shantigar. We start with a "rise and shine" 75-minute morning yoga class and close with a 90-minute restorative yoga session. Between yoga sessions, we gather for a nourishing lunch, with free time to either relax, explore the Shantigar trails, or both! You can book the single day or stay overnight and make a weekend of it. After moving from Boston to the foothills of the Berkshires, Kate Peppard started her 200 hour yoga teacher training with Tracy Donahue, who practices and teaches a graceful and intensive vinyasa flow, strongly influenced by both the Jivamukti and Kripalu yoga styles.
Kate's classes are gently rigorous and are focused on a balanced series of movements closely aligned with the breath.
