Join us at Shantigar for morning Chi Kung practice.

Chi Kung is an ancient Chinese system of breathing, exercises, and meditation.

In Taoism, chi refers to breath and the vital energy in all things. Kung refers to mastery of skills. Through our practice—slow-flowing movement, deep rhythmic breathing, and a calm state of mind—we cultivate and balance life energy for health and wellbeing.
